Form Recovery and Wellness prices
Form Recovery and Wellness publishes its full price list. All prices are in Thai baht and include tax. Prepaid packages of 4 to 40 sessions lower the cost per session.[1] The prices below are as listed in November 2026. The prices and packages do not apply at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok clinic, where bookings are made through the hotel.[1][2]
A 60-minute physiotherapy session costs ฿2,100 and an initial 30-minute consultation costs ฿1,000.[1] The Abu Dhabi Healthcare Guide notes that the published prices let international patients estimate the cost of treatment before travelling.[3]
Consultation
[edit]An initial consultation lasts 30 minutes and costs ฿1,000. It is led by a physiotherapist, a TCM doctor or an ATM doctor, depending on the service booked, and ends with a treatment plan, an estimate of treatment length and cost, and a written report.[1]

Credit packages come with a ฿1,000 gift voucher for another department or for a friend; if used for another department, it must be one the patient has not visited in the previous six months.[1]
Single-service packages
[edit]Single-service packages can be used for one service type and session length only: 12 sessions for the price of 11, 22 for 19, 32 for 27, and 44 for 36.[1]
Package terms
[edit]Package credit can be shared with family and friends and used across all services in all departments. It includes a 50% discount on high-power laser, Normatec compression and ear seeds, and 10% off herbal medicine. Credit is valid for 12 months from purchase, and all payments are final and non-refundable.[1]
Happiness Guarantee
[edit]The clinic states that a patient who is unhappy with a session and feels it has not done enough to help can tell it the same day, and the full cost of that session will be refunded.[4] It notes that this is not a guarantee of results.[1]
Insurance
[edit]Form Recovery bills Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield (BUPA / GeoBlue) and Euro-Center network insurers directly. Patients with other insurers pay at the clinic and claim reimbursement. See Insurance.[5]
