Form Recovery and Wellness has four clinics in Bangkok. Three are on or near Sukhumvit Road, at Asoke, Thonglor and Phrom Phong, and one is inside Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River.[1][2] Practitioners at every clinic speak English.[1] The clinic states that treatment notes and programmes are shared across clinics, so patients can switch between locations during a course of treatment.[1]

According to the clinic, Asoke is its most central location. Thonglor suits patients in Thonglor, Ekkamai and On Nut, Phrom Phong covers the EmQuartier area, and the Four Seasons clinic serves hotel guests and riverside residents.[1]

The Asoke clinic is in the Mille Malle building on Sukhumvit Soi 20.[3] The Thaiger named it in a 2025 article on acupuncture in Bangkok.[6] Medical Clinic Bangkok lists it at 4.9 from 422 Google reviews.[7] Medical lymphatic drainage massage is offered here and at Thonglor.[8]

The Phrom Phong clinic is inside Sterling Sports & Wellness, a sports complex on Sukhumvit Soi 24. It was one of three new branches announced in September 2025.[14][15] The Standard reviewed a visit to this clinic in May 2026.[15]

The clinic opened through a partnership with the hotel announced in October 2024, and is open to hotel guests, members and local residents.[17] Prices and packages from Form Recovery's other branches do not apply here. Physiotherapy patients can use the hotel's Vitality Spaces, steam room, relaxation room and Vitality Pool.[16]

The Google listings of the Asoke and Thonglor clinics mark appointments as required.[5][11]

Home visits

Form Recovery also treats patients at home across central Bangkok, including patients in early recovery after surgery and those who cannot travel easily.[2][1][18]
